The Academy Museum Store is committed to your satisfaction and offers returns on most items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unused condition. Please note that certain limited-edition items and exhibition catalogs may be marked as final sale.

  Carefully pack the merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a traceable carrier to send your return back to our Los Angeles warehouse location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
